Spring Equinox and the Zero Aries Point

On March 20 at 9:16am Pacific time the SUN will leave its cozy, divine, Piscean embrace and enter the "wake up and smell the coffee" sign of ARIES. The crossing of any planet from 29 PISCES to 0 ARIES is called the Aries Ingress, or crossing the zero Aries Point (AP), and its always a potent moment.
Through it we are galvanized from somnambulant slumber into fully caffeinated, defensive, emboldened awakeness.

VENUS and MERCURY have been holding hands since the end of February and crossed the AP together on March 6. Things were suddenly less buffered, and it was easy to feel impatient and irritable. Each year, until we adapt to the new ARIES vibe, this is possible. What is also possible is feeling the incredible power of springtime in the north, or the magnificent descent into autumn in the south.
