This week we roll out the red carpet for Saturn entering Pisces, under the glamour of the Full Moon. This is a massive sea change. Saturn in Pisces is both a dissolving of the calcified edifices of power, as well as an opportunity to fortify your castles in the air. This means in part that the tyrannical monster looming in the doorway begins to lose steam through an inability to achieve the smashing blows with the hammer of the gods that they are intending.

Coupled with the scattershot effects of the age of air, the dots become less easy to connect as far as power-over goes.

It also means that things that we have taken for granted and counted on as indelible (such as trade partners, borders, supply chains, currencies, and the health care system) are also beginning to erode and show signs of fray. Think about the US power grid (I’m sure this applies elsewhere to, but I am writing from the US). To be frank.. it’s breaking down, and it’s not being truly repaired or fortified.

There is an immense push towards “green” power and the truth of the matter is that this is a pipe dream. We are nowhere near being able to switch completely over to wind & solar, with everyone having an electric vehicle. Don’t believe me? Here comes Saturn in Pisces saying “stay tuned”.

This is the last sign on the wheel so we must break it all down here to be ready for rebirth into Aries in a few years.

This is the part of the Oz movie where Toto pulls back the curtain and exposes the Great & Mighty Wizard of Oz to actually be a tiny and somewhat terrified man posturing immensely to be something he is not. The gift here is for us to stop outsourcing our power to others and figure out what we came here to do. This month transforms the landscape and we are asked to adapt as way of soul level growth.

Monday March 6

Today we get our ducks in a row as the orderly Moon in Virgo opposes Mercury in Pisces, trine the Head of the Dragon in Taurus. Earth plane things need our attention, such as our body and our stuff. This axis is known to split in a way that can favour just the spirit/afterlife, so the medicine is to remember that the divine is infused in matter by design, and we are matter. Matter is from Latin mater meaning mother. Don’t bypass the medicine of earth, and incarnating here at this fraught & pivotal time. Love your body and the earth as you love God. You are god, we are all god.

Tuesday March 7

On Tuesday, we have a Full Moon at 16° Virgo in the early morning hours on the West Coast. The star of the lunation is Saturn, who moves into Pisces just about hour after the Full Moon perfects. The Sun, Mercury, and Neptune in Pisces, as well as the Virgo Moon, all square Mars at 21° Gemini, creating some mutable mayhem. It’s a really big day and folks are likely to be pretty ungrounded, so use your tools to not be one of them.

Saturn leaving Aquarius takes some of the chi out of how intense governments have become, but its entrance into the Alka-Seltzer of Pisces also means that supply chains and infrastructure may further erode.

It’s time to get serious about your dreams, to build a foundation that will support their slow emergence into the real world, where they are very much needed.

Wednesday March 8

Pluto remains at the 29th ° of Saturn’s nighttime sign meaning that he woke up today getting different guidance and Saturn is now in Jupiter’s nighttime sign. There is a softening here at the edge of the known universe where subtlety and nuance are incredibly important. Get very still and quiet and sit in meditation and see what messages of guidance and illumination want to push into your consciousness. Refining your vibe is the game today under the Libra Moon.

Thursday March 9

This is an edgy relationship day as the Libra Moon opposes Jupiter Chiron & Venus in Aries. No place to hide anything that’s been lurking and needs to be given voice so as to not build up resentments. Flush it out and then laugh it off.

Friday March 10

Today is a good old-fashioned red-flag astrology day as the Libra Moon opposite Venus t-squares Pluto taking yesterdays more playful themes into deep shadow territory.

This month is akin to everyone in the world having been given strong psychedelics, so things are definitely larger than life. Jupiter in Aries conjunct Chiron brings the themes of who has the right to exist to the fore. It’s an uncomfortable day so my best advice is to do some of your own shadow work and avoid protecting your own issues onto someone else.

Saturday March 11

The emotional dial gets turned up high today as the Scorpio Moon passes over her own South Node. This is an opportunity to review old pressurized stories of abandonment and betrayal and to purge via tears or words.

Sunday March 12

Things don’t exactly lighten up but they get a little more fun as the Scorpio Moon trines the Sun & Neptune in Pisces, as Mars in Gemini square Neptune. The downside of the day is that any illusory bubbles you’ve been tending may be popped. If so, be grateful for the reality check and recalibrate.

“Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain!”

In light of the economic realities of 2023, I am opening my practice to an ongoing sliding scale from $175-150 for full length readings.

Monday March 6

The Leo Moon makes a warm trine to Jupiter Chiron & Venus in Aries, while making a jolting square to Uranus. This is emotional defibrillation, with the intense to awaken and heal lost and forgotten parts of self, so we can be as alive and present as possible in this epic times of change for humanity.
