This week we say goodbye to Saturn in his own sign of Aquarius. This transit began at the spring equinox of 2020. Saturn rules distance/limitation and Aquarius rules the social realm, and within 24 hours of this ingress, the phrase “social distancing” mushroomed up out of nowhere and quickly became the dominant theme.
Saturn is always going to strengthen through stress tests & intense distillation. Over the past 3 years we have certainly been tested in the social realm. Saturn in Aquarius with Jupiter also was a part of the Grand Mutation that took place on December 20, 2020 and very significantly ushered in a new era of Air, after a two hundred year era of Earth.
The shift from the predictability and relative slowness of the earth triplicity into the wild unpredictability of the Air element is a big part of why things have gone so wobbly.
So now we find ourselves here on the cusp of another big change.
Take the time to review your life for the last three years, especially your social realm. What has changed, grown, ended, evolved? What harsh realities did you have to embrace? Take note of where you feel dry and cold inside; these places need the warmth and care of your attendant grief. Pisces season hosts our most unboundaried emotions and we need this deep kind of nourishment right now.
No downtrodden vibrations allowed as we move forward into what comes next.
Every one of us is needed to help push back these dark powers. We are all here for a reason, so find your most authentic and rooted self and move forward from here.

Monday February 27
Saturn moves into position of the anaretic & final degree of Aquarius. This puts both Saturn & Pluto in sync as they stand in review of the last span of time. For Pluto it’s been since 2008, and for Saturn, it’s been since 2019 that he’s been traveling through his own signs. We are all weary at this point but need to stay present with what is true for us. This is deeply structural. We are on the verge of massive acceleration and change, so take this time to look back over these spans of time to see where you are now, and how you got here.
Tuesday Feb 28
This astrology will extract you from rigid thinking. How do we move forward using instincts, intuition, communication and community? We are in a lot of predicaments on planet Earth and it’s going to take all of us, in one way or another to make it through to the other side, or we wouldn’t all be here for this time.
Wednesday March 1
Splish splash, the Cancer Moon trines Pisces Sun and we feel everything under the Sun & Moon. Some feelings are ours some are everyone’s, but they all must be felt, so get down to it. The Moon also makes a square to Venus Jupiter & Chiron in Aries, with Venus conjuncting Jupiter within that stellium. This is very activating combo of emotion and adrenalin without much objectivity. The upside is passionate engagement, the downside is intense reactivity. Try to move through the day with as much zen as you can.
Thursday March 2
Another submersive day of subjective emotionality. This as Mercury conjuncts Saturn at 29° Aquarius granting us an incredibly sharp eagles eye perspective of the last few years, on the edge of change, and then later in the day Mercury plunges into the wet on wet, kaleidoscopic perspective of Pisces, paving the way for Saturn in less than a week. Let yourself move in and out of sharp and soft focus today as the thoughts & feelings guide you.
Friday March 3
We move from the monthly Cancer Moon Capricorn Pluto opposition to the Moon shifting into Leo. It’s the equivalent of diving down to the deepest darkest perspective, to see the trauma and gunk that wants to be purged and healed, and then shaking all that off like a Phoenix and rising up up up towards the warmth and general good feelings of the Sun. Honor the depth and then enjoy the dispelling warmth and look for some fun to have. We also have Venus in Aries conjunct Chiron at 13°, bringing us in touch with our love wounds, the times we have been bold in going after what we want, and being rejected. It’s a day to acknowledge the pain and allow some light to get in there and create some conditions for healing your boldest and bravest parts.
Saturday March 4
The Leo Moon makes a warm trine to Jupiter Chiron & Venus in Aries, while making a jolting square to Uranus. This is emotional defibrillation, with the intense to awaken and heal lost and forgotten parts of self, so we can be as alive and present as possible in this epic times of change for humanity.
Sunday March 5
Today hosts the very last time that the Leo Moon will oppose Saturn for another 27 years, as well it marks Saturn’s last day in Aquarius. This spans the axis of heart and mind, reminding us how important it is for them to work together within us, for true evolution. Physically Leo rules the heart and blood, while Aquarius rules the circulatory system. Leo is the performer while Aquarius is the critics/audience. Leo connects to people while Aquarius is reserved and distant (while trying to improve humanity’s lot). This axis holds us as we review the last three years of Saturn in Aquarius and prepare for a major shift tomorrow.

In light of the economic realities of 2023, I am opening my practice to an ongoing sliding scale from $175-150 for full length readings.
Monday February 27
The Taurus Moon brings some snacks to Pluto by trine today, which is helpful for Hades, who must be quite tired from all his vigilance in the sign of cardinal earth since 2008. The Venus ruled Moon mops his brow a bit and feeds him some pomegranates.
This is a mature and deep mood that you can use to assess your own holding patterns in relationship and see what would benefit from some honest vulnerability around any deep feelings that haven’t been acknowledged.
