Year of the Dragon: Coming in HOT 🐲🔥

{Southern scopes at bottom of page}

Year of the Dragon Begins

Revolution is certainly in the air as more and more European country’s farmers join in the fight against the powers that be and their nefarious attempts to stop them from continuing their age old practices of farming and husbandry, citing their ‘green goals’.

The WEF (World Economic Forum) and its pervasive influence in the cabinets of the world’s governments have declared the Farmers to be the problem as their diesel tractor’s are a source of carbon emissions, thus they are removing the subsidies that allowed farmers to be economically viable by using a reduced cost diesel (red diesel).

The problem here is very simple, farmers cannot afford to farm without the affordable diesel. And to take the math to the next step: no farms = no food. And for this, beginning in the Netherlands, and spreading now to Scotland, Germany, France, Poland, Belgium, Lithuania, Romania, Greece, Italy, Ireland and England… the people have taken to the streets, largely in their tractors and are nearly a month in to dramatic protests. Major roads blocked w tractors and taxis, moving straw bales all around and blocking extracts, dumping huge piles of manure on the Capitol steps, spraying manure water ALLLL over the fronts of government buildings. I think we can safety say that Pluto in Aquarius is ushering in a new era of people having had enough and now taking matters into their own hands.

But a piece of business that still needs to be attended to is we need to collectively decompress, to process all we went through with Pluto in Capricorn (08-24). Pluto’s job involves soul level emotional empowerment and so it is exceedingly important to take some time over the next week or two to review and reflect on it all, but especially since 2020. The world as we knew it pre 2019 is nearly gone, and the changes are no where near complete. The acceleration of Pluto in Aquarius will be startling, and it will be hard to keep up with our slow dense emotions. So please take the time to get current with the feelings around all you’ve seen and felt especially since the Saturn Pluto conjunction of January 2020.

This week we enter the Year of the wood or green dragon. These years are always powerful, this will be no exception.

In April we have two huge events, one is a total US based solar eclipse, fully visible over Texas which is where another bit of revolution is fomenting. Keeping in mind that the last time Pluto went through Aquarius is included the American AND French revolutions, so you get the vibe…

And after the eclipse, also in April we have the exceedingly rare Uranus conjunct Jupiter in Taurus conjunction. Those two planets meeting isn’t rare (every 14 years) but they have only met in Taurus three times since 1100; 1181, 1858, and the most recent one was in 1941.

So the fact that the Great Awakener and the Great Benefic are meeting in the sign of money, body, food, and land at such a volatile time… and when the volatility involves food and land… buckle up folks. Pluto in Aquarius is coming in hot.

Monday February 5

Mercury enters Aquarius and joins Pluto as we begin the week and our minds sharpen considerably in a way that inclines us towards freedom, fairness, and liberation. There is a natural chilliness to Aquarius that can only be helped by the warmth of the Leo polarity point, and we’re going to need that in spades. So get in the habit of checking in with yourself to see if you’re tending to split between mind and heart. This era requires both.

Tuesday February 6

The Dark Moon begins today as the Cap Moon trines Jupiter, generating some good and cozy, if austere feelings. Venus in Cap is square the nodes at 17° as the Sun makes a trine to the SN as it applies to square Uranus. The New Moon we are heading towards is Chinese New Year so this dark Moon has quite a head of steam. Love and relationships and out moded ways are on the forefront of consciousness. Again and again the chorus reminds us to find our unique and eccentric voice and push back on relationships that gaslight or manipulate you into departing from what you know to be true, wherever you find them.

Mars sextile Neptune this week gives a welcomed boost of courage & confidence so tap into that as an antidote so some of the other stuff.

Wednesday February 7

The Dark Cap Moon spends the day heading for and crossing Venus and Mars which sounds like a good, healthy passage across the degrees that have been so aggravated in recent years. There is no conjunction with Pluto in Capricorn! As we celebrated the lack of monthly opposition to the Cancer Moon we also celebrate the newfound calmness for Cap.

Venus in Cap trine Uranus is bringing in a new fresh vibe that makes us want to try something new. This can range from food, to art, to fashion, to partners.

Thursday February 8

Today dawns with the New Plutonic monthly lunar drill: The Moon at 00° conjunct Pluto in Aquarius. These are important days that help us tune into the new strange frequency that will accompany us until 2024. The Moon then crosses Mercury and squares Jupiter, which to me sounds like an amplification of revolution. All eyes on Europe and Texas right now, and remember to do all you can to not disassociate, to not look away. We need your attention and compassion.

Friday February 9

Happy Mardi Gras- Chinese New Year- Aquarius New Moon!

And (drumroll please…. ) a very warm welcome to the Year of the Wood Dragon! Dragon years are good for heart health, physically and emotionally. Which is great because we desperately need help with both at this stage of the game! Where do you need abundance, vitality, and determination? Call in the Dragon magic to help you here.

This 20° Aquarius New Moon is trine the South Node of the Moon which is a direct message to stop languishing on the edge of old connections that need to go. You know who you are. If that wasn’t enough help then this New Moon is also square Uranus in Venus’s sign. If you know this isn’t the partnership for you, then move on and stop hemorrhaging your life force to a failing mission.

As well, this New Dragon Moon is a clarion call to the new, most authentic version of yourself that you can possibly conjure.

Saturday February 10

The Pisces Moon are uniquely balanced these days between an ongoing conjunction with Saturn and a sextile w Jupiter. As compared to just Saturn influence, the combo is quite lovely as a stabilizing and productive energy that helps the mystical Pisces part of us find a better footing. As we are entering weirder and weirder times, we need this training and support. Also today we have a fixed square between Mercury in Aquarius (still vibing w Pluto) and Jupiter in Taurus which makes me think there may be some big economic news today or this week.

Sunday February 11

Pisces Moon between Saturn & Neptune highlights the larger connection between them this year and in the coming years. The principle of reality (Saturn) & the principle of dreams (Neptune) meeting first in Pisces this year, and then in Aries (through 2028).

We need both equally in these human lives… Saturn in the bottom line here yet we aspire and dream and as Caroline Casey says, delay the tracks with Neptune that the reality train Saturn can follow. So today the work is to look at both sides in your life and see what needs more support, if the ultimate goal is balance between them, which is the best way to chart a course through life.

SOUTHERN HEM SCOPES

Monday February 5

All of the Sag ingresses have been chilled of their normal vivacity since Saturn has entered Pisces, as it makes a natural square, requiring Sag to do due diligence that it’d rather avoid, thank you very much. Today is one of those days, so your guidance is to tackle your to do list and cross off a big one so that after that you can actually enjoy the rest of the free-spirited Sag Moon day.
