Let's look at the latest turn of "political legislating biological" events

through the lens of the mythic language of astrology.

When the MOON is Full in SCORPIO (May 18, 2:11pm PDT), the SUN is in TAURUS.

These are the sexual signs; TAURUS is one's own body and sexuality, and SCORPIO is how you use it to merge with another, both physically and emotionally. Sex always has an emotional component to it, it serves an emotional need. The axis speaks of all forms of sexuality and sensuality and possession and obsession around these themes.

With this FULL MOON, there is a significant conversation taking place between the MOON in SCORPIO, and the Mongolian death-metal-band

comprised of KETU, SATURN, and PLUTO in CAPRICORN.

To review, the central theme of this trio, who are traveling together through all of 2019, is letting go of the decrepit, crypt-keeping ways of the old, stale, guard to make room for the new.

TAURUS is the sign of life; propagating, preserving, and continuing it,

and SCORPIO is the sign of death and knows that all things have a life-span, and that is this very mechanism that allows life to continue. Life-Death-Life.

Death comes when something is completely exhausted, and then all is tossed into Cerridwen's Cauldron and cooked down to raw material,

so that it can be reborn and regenerated into a new, life-filled, life-serving, and life-promulgating form. If nothing ever died, then life would be choked out by too much life. It’s called cancer. Death recycles life and allows this grand experiment to continue.

This is happening while the NORTH NODE, our guide into the future, is in CANCER, the sign of women, mothers, children, and gestation.

The NORTH NODE is standing opposite the SOUTH NODE, PLUTO, and SATURN. It's a planetary reflection/articulation of what is happening, of what our work is right now. As PLUTO and SATURN move retrograde, we are literally being dragged back into the malefic bog of eternal stench that is this type of lawmaking.

So as women are essentially tied to the stake once more, the archetype of woman looms large over our terrestrial lives here. Women and the men who love them need to lead a revolution of the heart, and the womb, such as these women in Poland did in 2016.

Meanwhile, CANCER SUN Julian Assange is being held and very likely persecuted for his role as a whistleblower, shining light into the darkness of the way the governments of the world function, while JUPITER travels retrograde through its home sign of truth-telling SAG.

I hope that there will be justice for him when JUPITER turns direct in August. Without the protection of whistleblowers, there is no knowledge of or possible accountability around the illegal and vile acts performed under the cover of darkness, by those in positions of power. Remember that "absolute power corrupts, absolutely" (Lord Acton). People like Julian Assange, Chelsea Manning, Edward Snowden are essential to the health of this world. There is a lot at risk here with his imprisonment. Please say a prayer for their safety, and for the safety of all truth-tellers in the face of immeasurable, corrosive, unchecked power.

And here is our FULL MOON in SCORPIO, always the witchiest FULL MOON of the year, The ruler of this FULL MOON is MARS, who just entered CANCER,

a sign that forward moving MARS tends to squirm a little in, as CANCER is a water sign that loathes direct confrontation. We are in very emotional waters now, with some fierce undercurrents. Be sure to keep speaking your truth, even if your voice shakes.

VENUS has just entered her home sign of TAURUS where she could not be happier or more dignified, and with this FULL MOON, she is holding court with URANUS (the Great Awakener, in favor of Great Progress).

It's time to wake up and smell the coffee. Our beloved home planet that is our everything, is really out of balance, as are we. URANUS is flashing the lightning so we can see what is what. Adjustments need to be voluntarily made, or they will happen anyway, as that is how URANUS functions.

This Full MOON is in Bitch Mode, charged up with Revolution,

staring down the old guard in a compassionate, yet merciless way.

Women are in charge of their own bodies.

The tide of revolution is rising against the shadow of old ways of thinking that need to be cast off due to their antediluvian positions about women's bodies.

Women are in charge of their own bodies, and both women and babies are important, not just mothers held hostage to the rights of the unborn child.

We also must revolutionize the care of children after they are born, not just as potential humans use as political pawns. The world they will inherit is to be the very topmost of our concerns right now. This includes refugee children. All children are "the" children of the future of humanity. Next January, we will have a planetary powerhouse meeting that includes SATURN PLUTO and KETU, with the addition of JUPITER and MERCURY. We are building up to something big. I'm sure I don't need to mention that next year is also an election year.
