This week we have a waxing Moon, Venus moving backwards, and a bit of an intense couple days with a red flag day and some overall sexiness. We entered the Venus Rx portal as Venus icon Jane Birkin died. She was born with her Venus at 17Ā° Scorpio, six days after a Venus Rx completed that stationed direct exactly on her Venus. Also, Hollywoodā¦ which is notoriously Venusian & Neptunian is having its first strike ever of both actors and writers, who are taking a stand against the very unwelcome intrusion of AI into their realm. AI is represented by Pluto in Aquarius which opposes Leo which this Venus retrograde is in, so once again astrology is so very literal.
Also the opening of two movies Oppenheimer & Barbie bred the hybrid concept of Barbenheimer. Oppenheimer is the story of the man who is often credited as the "father of the atomic bomb" for his role in organizing the Manhattan Project, the research and development undertaking that created the first nuclear weapons. This is extremely Sun opposite Pluto which happened last week and Barbie is as Venus in Leo as it gets. What a weird time! Might as well enjoy ourselves.

Can we put it on a stage and make it larger than life? Caroline Casey says that Leo must create theatrical drama of some sort in order to avoid melodrama (ugh! No one wants that) So get on it and find a creative direction to go for the next month as a way to use this juice. A MERCURY URANUS square is separating but there is still some grumpy reactivity on tap. PLUTO square the NODES is another message that this is much bigger than normal Venus retrograde. So as JUPITER and the MOON are both answering to VENUS rx, and you're still alive on Earth in mid 2023, you've been through a lot of initiatory intensity and you are very much meant to be here. Tuesday July 25 This is a red flag astrology day as the late love-oriented LIBRA MOON squares PLUTO and we are all on our last nerve. The MOON conjuncts the Libra South Node for the first time in 18.5 years so we know it's time to remodel our old relationship structures and strategies to support our ability to also grow as a sovereign individual as well as a partner. Wednesday July 26 This is a sexy day as the SCORPIO MOON opposes JUPITER in TAURUS activating our desire and pleasure centers in a way that we want to connect, to take a big sensual bite and chew slowly. MARS is still opposing SATURN so the brakes are still on, so it may be more of a thwarted desire than one that is acted on, yet let yourself have the fantasy and ensuing pleasure.
Thursday July 27 The SCORPIO MOON opp URANUS says it's time for freedom around desire. It's a bit kinky and dreamy as the MOON trines NEPTUNE while squaring VENUS & MARS, so like yesterday it may all be in the realm of fantasy, but fantasy lays the tracks for reality to follow. When the MOON enters SAG all that undertow energy disperses and we get to think big and move from confidence and optimism. VENUS rx cj MERCURY at 28 means we are at the first layer of this rx, and we need to talk about what is coming up. PLUTO OUT OF STATION degree says that we need to stay honestly connected to our soul level truth, to survive this final phase of Pluto in the sign of empire, doing its demolition work upon the systems and structures of our world that have become sick and filled with rot and must be brought down for rebirth.
Friday July 28 The SAG MOON square MARS in VIRGO shows that we can stuck between the big picture and the little picture roday in a way that feels uncomfortable. Try to make space for both perspectives as the MOON square SATURN rx may unearth some unresolved feelings. There is energy on tap to work through all this so use it, Saturday July 29 SAG MOON trine VENUS Rx says this day is all glory as we want romance, passion, and play. Chivalry is not dead but the MOON square NEPTUNE rx may leave us feeling strange. Overcome this by putting on a good playlist and jumping over the fences of any crunchy feelings. Sunday July 30 We come back down to Earth and practical concerns today as the CAP MOON trines MARS & MERCURY. This is CEO boss energy and it wants to be used to get your shit together and do something tangible and important. We have both a barrier to receiving emotional support as the MOON sextiles SATURN as well as open minded positivity of the MOON trine JUPE. All in all you have what you need to get serious today and something you have ambitions towards.

Monday July 24 All hail the Sun King in his own abode as the Sun enters Leo! This is the time of confidence, creativity, radiance and determination, Fixed fire is all glory. This ingress is unusual today in that Venus who is copresent in Leo pivots into her station rx which will carry us through 40 days and 40 nights, as she touches one of her beautiful star points and eventually emerges as the morning star. This is a very regular retrograde passage, one that traces a five-pointed star in the heavens. All things relationship, values, money and the attitude of the collective are subject to change, to deepening, to healing and to changing between now and September 3.
The Libra Moon answers to Venus as she pivots, helping us orient to the start of the retrograde. Mercury square Uranus is a mouthy transit, so watch for biting.
There is also a rare YOD formation, or Hand of God, that points to stationign Venus from Neptune & Pluto. This tells us that this is an extremely important retrograde for the collective. Things will look different on the other side.
