A Lunar Eclipse as We Begin Scorpio Season
The Sun enters the sign of Scorpio, a fixed Mars ruled water sign, that is really more like *fire-water* for its intensity. I think of Scorpio as the most powerful archetype, as itās the sign that helps us to understand that all living things have a lifespan and thatās what makes life so precious. Scorpio is the land of deep grief that when fully felt catalyzes us into healing & rebirth.
As we spend the next month passing through this territory it includes a second eclipse this week, and the ongoing Pluto return of the US.
Dipping briefly into the astrology of other major players right now, the natal chart for Israel has a 23Ā° Taurus Sun, which has Uranus the planet of shock and trauma sitting on it. Super uncomfortable for anyone. Palestine has a natal 28Ā° Capricorn Moon and thus dark underworld Pluto is sitting on it, bringing themes of life and death into its deepest places.
These are both existential crisis transits and the combination has the potential to turn the entire Middle East into a battle zone, magnetizing everyone else into the fight.

This is a north node eclipse conjunct Jupiter, so there is something big we are reaching for with an open hand, but it also closes out the Scorpio Taurus eclipses. This eclipse is about the earth, money, food crops, the economy, and other things that you value, and could be accompanied by some seismic or volcanic activity. Taurus eclipses can produce extreme weather, unpredictable fated events, and flood potential is increased as Taurus eclipses can cause swelling effects. The stock market could also be affected.

Our post eclipse day has the Taurus Moon with Jupiter and Uranus opposite the Scorpio Sun Mercury and Mars.
